We transformed an outdated bathroom into a sophisticated European-style retreat, showcasing our expertise in tackling complex challenges head-on.
Challenges and Solutions: We stripped the original space down to the bare essentials, retaining only the walls and floor. Our objective was to craft a spacious walk-in shower reminiscent of European designs. However, an HVAC pipe posed an obstruction. To solve this, we repositioned a wall to create an unobstructed layout. Additionally, adapting the floor to accommodate the shower's recessed design proved challenging due to unconventional building features. To overcome this, we bought a specialized kit tailored to our needs, facilitating a successful installation.
Notable Features: A highlight of the project is the intricate double herringbone tile pattern on the walls coupled with the double shower heads and matching inset shelves. The entire shower space is completely walk-through, creating a luxurious experience.
Attention to Detail: Working with textured tiles presented a challenging task of ensuring seamless alignment and leveling.
